Original Works Art Fundraiser is Here to Showcase Your Artists

Original Works is a dearly beloved fundraiser for the American Academy Visual Arts. It is a fantastic way to feature your child’s artwork on products to give to loved ones and cherish for your family, while supporting the visual arts program.

Each Fall students create pieces specifically for the Original Works fundraiser during art class.  The artwork is then shipped to Original Works. After scanning each artwork individually, Original Works sends the art back, plus a custom flyer for each student featuring previews of what their masterpiece would look like on a coffee mug, notepad cover, blankets, and other fun products.  These flyers also include simple, step-by-step instructions on how to find your student's art and place an order on the Original Works website. 

You can also follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.originalworks.com

  2. Click on SHOP at the top of the home page.

  3. Click on SCHOOL FUNDRAISER

  4. Enter the case-sensitive school code specific to your campus:

  5. Castle Pines = AMAC, Motsenbocker= AACS, and Lincoln Meadows= ACSLM

  6. Use the confidential student code from your flyer to locate your kids' work and start shopping!  Reach out to your campus K-5 art teacher if your flyer was misplaced and you need that code.

  7. Once all of the items are in the cart you will need to select the free shipping method. You will then proceed to billing information and payment. Items ordered before November 6th will be delivered to the school before winter break. 

  8. If you do not want your student to receive the items to deliver home, then you will need to reach out to your campus art teacher in order to arrange a pick up of the items. Otherwise merchandise is delivered directly to your oldest child in K-5 at the school.

The final date to purchase items is Thursday November 6 by midnight Mountain time. Orders will be delivered before winter break during the week of December 1st.

Orders placed after November 6th and before December 1st, will be in the Late Order Phase and will arrive separate from the main orders. Late Orders will arrive after winter break. The deadline for late orders is December 1st. 

For additional information or if you need assistance accessing your child’s code, please email the art teacher at your child's campus. Flyers with your child’s code were sent home the week of October 20th, 2025. If you did not receive the flyer by Friday October 24th, please contact the child's art teacher.
