Welcome to School Dismissal Manager (SDM)—the system we use to manage student attendance and afternoon dismissal instructions for grades K-8. KindiePrep does not use SDM so you can disregard this message.

Your login credentials will be sent directly from SDM today, August 6. Please watch for that email and follow the steps below to get set up before the first day of school. Someone will be onsite at Rebel, Set, Go! to help you get set up or answer your SDM questions, and you can find answers on our SDM webpage.

What You Can Do in SDM:

• Report absences, late arrivals, or early dismissals

• Set your child’s recurring daily dismissal instructions (Carpool, Walker, Homework Club, Crash Club, or ECA/Athletics)

• Assign your child to ride with another AA family if you’re carpooling

There is no attendance line—SDM is the only way to submit updates.

Required for Carpool Pickup:

If you use the carpool line, you must use the SDM mobile app to check in when you arrive. This notifies the school and prompts dismissal for your student.

To-Do List Before the First Day:

 New Families / First-Time Users

• Download the School Dismissal Manager app from the App Store or Google Play

• Log in using the credentials emailed to you by SDM

• Update your Profile Settings and set a Default Dismissal for each child

 Returning Users

• Update the SDM app you used last year

• Log in using your credentials (you may need to reset your password)

• All students default to Carpool—please update your child’s settings as needed

• Come see us at Rebel, Set, Go! on August 7 and August 8
• Review the AA website for detailed instructions
• Parent FAQ link
• Send an email
• Do not reply to SDM generated emails -- email us or contact the Front Office
