Registration Information
Because teachers determine the financial feasibility of their ECAs based on the number of students registered, all ECA registration fees are non-refundable. We encourage families to finalize their schedules before registering to ensure full participation.
Activities Late Pick-Up Policy
Parents are expected to pick up students from all extracurricular activities on time. Please be respectful of our teachers’ and instructors’ time and families by ensuring prompt pick-up after each session.

Students not picked up on time will be sent to Crash Club (if in session), and families will be charged at the current Crash Club tuition rate.

Students must be picked up from Crash Club by 6:00 p.m., or a $15.00 late fee will apply.

If a student is picked up more than 10 minutes late—either from Crash Club or from another activity when Crash Club is unavailable—a $50.00 flat late fee will be charged.

In serious cases, the school may notify law enforcement and/or Douglas County Health and Human Services.
All late fees will be charged to the credit card used during initial registration within 24 business hours. Repeated late pick-ups or unpaid fees may result in the student’s disqualification from future American Academy extracurricular activities.
