I enjoy spending quality time with my family, going on outings, and watching movies together. I also love working out, which helps me stay energized and balanced.

 

I’m married and have two amazing kids. My family is at the heart of everything I do, and the students at AA hold a special place in my heart as well.

Holiday: I’ve always loved Thanksgiving as a time to come together with family, share meaningful traditions, and express gratitude. In addition to celebrating togetherness, we also take time to learn about and honor the history and cultures of Indigenous communities, using the holiday as an opportunity for reflection and deeper understanding.

Silly fact about me: My first language was Spanish, but I speak it without an accent—people are always surprised! I love humor and being silly, and I try to bring a little fun into everyday life. I also became a mom in my 40s, so I like to think of myself as a “mature momma” with plenty of life experience… and a quirky sense of humor to match!
