Room Parents
Hello families! We are in the process of switching to a grade level parent system. This means that one parent will be responsible for each grade, and will recruit volunteers to help with the individual classrooms. This will ease the flow for class parties and events. This is such an invaluable role for our teachers and students. We could not do what we do without you! We are still in need of parents to take on this role for the 2023-2024 school year. At back to school night, each teacher will have a signup sheet for all the different volunteer roles throughout the year including grade level parents.
It is highly advised that you do not sign up for more than one grade!
Mandatory Room Parent Orientation Meeting:
If you are selected as a grade level parent you will be contacted by your child's teacher during the first week of school. If for some reason you have not heard from them but think they may need your help please check with the teacher directly regarding the position. If you are selected you must attend the grade level parent orientation meeting. As of now, we'd like to hold a Meeting on Wednesday, September 13th for all room parents and interested volunteers.
