High School Resources

We are honored to have had the opportunity to help your student establish a sound academic foundation during their time at American Academy. Our hope is that your student will continue to build upon this foundation and strive for academic excellence as they further their educational experience and transition to high school.

Though American Academy does not endorse any particular high school, our students are very fortunate to have many wonderful public and private high school options in the area. We occasionally receive information about enrollment and events from these high schools. When we do, for the convenience of our American Academy families, we will post that information here. Please visit this page regularly if you are interested in that information.

COLORADO EARLY COLLEGE

About Colorado Early Colleges Charter High Schools

Colorado Early Colleges (CEC) is a network of public, charter schools where students earn a 2-year college degree or industry certificate for free in high school. We have three campuses in Douglas County: Castle Rock, Inverness, and Parker. At CEC, we offer accessible, flexible, and individualized education. All of our schools have small class sizes, robust student supports, and highly qualified teaching staff.

At Colorado Early Colleges, we take pride in being able to offer college, career, online, and homeschool pathways to our families. We offer:

  • College options – offering over 100 different degrees through 13 college partners both on and off-campus.
  • Career options – offering industry-recognized certificates through our community college partners both on and off-campus.
  • Homeschool options – including on-campus part-time, on-campus middle school enrichment (on the Inverness campus), and My Tech High (online).
  • Online option – our partnership with Snow College provides students with an opportunity to complete an entire associate degree online, at no cost to families.
  • And much more!
